This is a support service for older people in our community living in the east of the Forest and the Waterside area.
Based at Winfrid House, Boniface Close, Totton, we operate between the hours of 7:30am and 9:30 pm.

This is a service dedicated to providing personal care and companionship to those living alone or who need someone with them while their usual carer or member of their family goes out.
We are able to undertake showering, bathing and other personal care tasks as well as support in undertaking shopping for or with the client and assistance with any light household duties that we agree to do.
Clients may like to go out with the sitter for a drive or to any appointments they wish to attend or remain at home to chat and have a cup of tea. A truly flexible service that can be tailored to suit most needs.
We are able to accommodate clients who require regular visits as well as those who only need to access care on an occasional basis.
All sitters and carers will have been checked by the Criminal Records Bureau, and will have received appropriate training to enable them to safely deliver care and support to a high standard.
They will be expected to undertake an NVQ 2 course in Care during their time with us.
This service is inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
Clients can access the care we provide either through Adult Services or by self referral.
