Ringwood Good Neighbours group are urgently in need of some help

The group aren’t able to continue running without the support of volunteer coordinators. If you have a few hours to spare a month, would you be able to help co-ordinating the befriending scheme in the BH24 area?

This is a varied and interesting role which includes:

  • Helping to ensure training needs of volunteers are met
  • Assess clients and match them with a befriender
  • Listening and supporting the volunteers regarding their befriending role
  • Deal with volunteer expenses
  • Compile a list of local activities and support groups for the use of befrienders wishing to recommend additional social contact to clients

Calling all Voluntary and Community Groups!

Do you sometimes feel you need to borrow or hire a piece of equipment and can't find a reliable and and inexpensive source? Well look no further!!

We can offer you a variety of useful equipment and resources for hire or loan to assist your activities.

  • Laptop Computer £10.00 per day
  • Multimedia Digital Projector £10.00 per day
