Executive Summary
As a Council for Voluntary Service, Community First New Forest (CFNF) serves the needs of people and communities in the New Forest with the aim of enabling them to achieve an excellent quality of life.

This interim Business Plan seeks to support the delivery of our Vision and Mission Statement:

The services delivered by CFNF support the strategic priorities of the New Forest District Council and Hampshire County Council.

Specific areas include the thematic needs in relation to older people, people with disabilities, children, young people and families.

Our work has a direct impact on community cohesion, health and wellbeing, meeting transport needs and community safety.
